I really enjoy living here! It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming community. The apartment is comfortable, the property is well-maintained, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I’m very happy to call this place home!
Beware of Solaire as they only care about making the most money! Read the reviews because I wish I would have. The positives are that Solaire is walking distance to UTC and good amenities from the pool, fitness center, car wash and kayak/paddle board/bike storage unfortunately those amenities do not outweigh the very bad. Solaire has been fantastic! I have lived here for almost 2 years and I couldn’t think of a better place. The front office and management are exceptional and provide timely mannered solutions to any problems.
We absolutely love having Tyler as the manager in our apartment home community! He is always friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. He walks the property daily to ensure we live in a clean and safe environment. We love it here and that is why we renewed our lease again.
The staff and property are great. I'm moving back into the area and they've been a great resource for everything that has changed in the area since I was here last. The new staff has been communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
