I love this place its been my home for 2 years and we currently have the best management since i have been here. Currently looking forward to extending my stay !
I wrote a review of my move in and wanted to recognize a few more staff members that have been great so far. Melissa in the leasing office responds quickly & helped me get my packages while I was at work. Najee at the front desk is super friendly & helpful. Also the maintenance crew (Luis I think) has come the next day so far and helped with my concerns. Very happy with living here so far!
I just moved in and the building is beautiful. It smells nice and is super clean. Gregory in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. Pretti helped me with a parking issue and resolved it in a way I thought was very fair. The front desk staff is great and they answer the phone more quickly than my old apartment. I also like that you can walk down to the leasing office and talk with staff easily. I lived in this apartment complex for several months and while the location was convenient, there was one major issue that made it difficult to enjoy living there - the noise from the nearby bars. Even on weeknights, the noise was loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. While the apartment complex cannot control the noise from the bars, I would recommend that they provide guidance or assistance to residents who are affected by the noise. Noise, noise, noise. The apartment’s all three facings are horrible. You need to tour the property at night to know it… One faces a street of 5 bars that won’t stop music even at weekday 2 am. One faces a bar filled with heavy metal music and open roof. One faces the apartment grill area where people hangout (this week they even have an entire live music event till mid night).
