The team at Solahart Mackay have been efficient, professional and polite over the past week, as have all interactions with the Solahart Mackay team. It's honesty a real struggle to find any tradie, especially sparkies who rock up on time or return calls in this town. This is the 3rd System installed by Solahart on my properties and everytime I have done so, the systems were installed by professionals, zero faults and lasted the test of time. 10/10 for service, reliability and value for money.
Prompt professional service and good product with very competitive price
Incredibly poorly installed system, not working to the promised standard nor installed to Aust standard. Local office does not answer phone calls or emails promptly, and when they do answer they are dishonest and won’t address concerns or severity of the matters at hand. Whilst repairs are due to take place this week, we have been disputing our issues with this company since late January 2023. Head office are not interested in helping either.
