Booked in for a 5 year service on solar hot water system. Received a text message saying they would arrive between 10 -12. Contacted them at 1.30pm when no one had arrived. Office person said they would be there 35-45 minutes. No one arrived and no contact from Solahart. Not the way to run a business in my opinion.
The team worked very hard and efficiently to install the system and ensured everything was functioning properly. We are very happy with the price, the service and the end result.
We had a good team installing our solar system, the guys were helpful with any questions I had, very efficient and courteous. The instal was all done by lunchtime and the outage backup that they set up exceeded our expectations, great work !
