I contacted them the day my hot wot water system died and they installed a temporary unit that afternoon. New system was installed 2 days later. Highly recommend.
From the first call, to the completion of the installation of our new Solahart hot water system, the service received from Solahart Cannington was outstanding. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, we really appreciate the excellent job done by the whole team.
I have been trying to get a refund from them. For about 3 weeks. They cannot get simple tasks done and only provide you with irrelevant information. Most likely they want to keep the funds so they can earn interest on my money. Update. Got refund after threatening with legal action but have to take abuse from and shouting from Kyle.
I dont usually do posts but for solahart cannington I would love to. I can only commend Max and his team for fantastic professionalism friendliness patience communication helpfulness (especially when setting up my app on phone)they all went above and beyond from setting up a hotwater system to get me by so I had hot water all the way to setting up quick installation.I definitely recommend this branch and again thankyou so so much for getting me out of this bind you've put my mind at ease.
