Mick and Mark where both professional yet engaged in conversation about the product and what they were doing. Mick explained the current ED board and what cost it would be to upgrade. They ensured work was completed and indicated why they needed to come back to complete the work
Let's face it sometimes things go wrong... It's what happens after that happens, that defines a company. My initial shed install wasn't everything I expected, but when I took my concerns to Mick, guess what, he listened! He brought everything up to his usual standard, which is normally excellent. On this occasion, that didn't happen straightaway, but he made sure it did in the end. Thanks Mick!!!
