Erin is an expert at what she does and is very methodical in her work. I originally came in for neck, shoulder/upper back and left knee pain/discomfort and after 2 sessions she has been able to improve my symptoms tenfold. I'd absolutely recommend her services if you have any discomforts or if you're simply in need of some self care.
