If something is too good to be true, leave it alone let the Lord do His work. The fact that you cannot see a unit till less than a day or two before moving in and a 100 dollar non refundable deposit just to do so is beyond me. Consider yourself warned yall. Also heard horror stories from friends who live in this building about pipes and mgmt. Nothing against mgmt here who were kind but very slow (called a week after I needed to finalize).
Great office & building
The location is great but it’s cheap for a reason. The entire building is infested with roaches and fruit flies! No matter how hard you clean or take precautions you will have them! All my neighbors said the same thing! office was great at first but when I moved in they completely started ignoring me and saying they’re too busy to help me. The females who work in the office are very rude . I didn’t get to get the lady name because she kept hanging up on me ! When I finally got her to answer again she talked really fast and still hung up on my face ! The studio apartment smelled like mold upon touring the place . So fyi for any future people looking for somewhere to stay .
Michelle Moss is an amazing assistant. She is very hard working and energetic. She goes out her way to help the residents here. Michelle Moss is understanding and shows empathy when it comes to residents.
