I would not recommend this apartment community based on my experience. The amenities here are not well kept, security does no securing at all, as my unit also been nearly broken into by a homeless man. there are constant issues regarding their parking system, hall ways produce horrible smell due to the lack of maintenance of this property I can go on and on but most of all management here is terrible. Worst apartment i ever lived in. HVAC never works. Elevators don’t work. Roaches and mold. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Hallways smell like urine.
Reminder A lack of hot/cold water, heating /air condition and flooded sewage-contaminated toilet are immediately top priority emergency for repairs. When work order place. Especially when top priority it need be take care of . So far every thing going good in my apartment. I want to be comfortable in my home . From long day . Terrible
This old hotel converted into an apartment building is in very bad shape, from constant problems with the water, plumbing, elevators, and trash, the residents with pets do not police behind their pets, allowing them to urinate and defecate in all the areas where there's regular foot traffic even though there's signage displayed!! I hope management can get it together and make improvements!!
