Worst apartment ever. They don’t fix anything, elevator is not working property manager is rude and they did not add any utilities in past months then they suddenly added for 5 months. List goes on and on. Not worth your money. Everyone I meet here is tired of the apartment
This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! LITERALLY NOTHING BUT AN INCONVENIENCE EVERYDAYYYYYY!!!! Someone is always in the parking you pay for monthly and you can’t even get them towed, 1 elevator BARELY works out of 3, maintenance shows up 1 year later after your request, trash chute room be filled with trash attracting roaches, they don’t put utilities on your monthly payments for the 1st and let it pile and make you pay it months down the line, they dont answer the phone, they always got the water shut off for hours... read more
my genuine advice to anyone thinking about leasing here ... take heed to the amount of recent bad reviews and one stars. I've lived in this complex for 2 years now and I will not be renewing my lease. Current issues: Elevators have been broken for 2 full weeks now. I've had to take 7 flights of stairs almost every day I've left the house... including to and from work . No updates on this besides a "we're waiting on parts" . for 2 weeks ???? Mail locker system completely down ... once again for 2 weeks now. No updates on this... read more
