Great place!!! All the employees make it a great experience
I’m disappointed with how I was treated by one front desk staff member. I had questions about a $50 charge I believed was an error and had proof, but instead of helping, they were dismissive and even told me “that if I read the bill” when I have a Master Degree I’m very well knowledgeable. I called because I was under the impression that this matter was handled. The dentist is kind and helpful, and Brenda at the front desk is always professional, which I appreciate.
