Hannah M. has been my therapist for over two years and I couldn't be more grateful. She has helped me build lifelong coping skills and work through multiple areas of my anxiety. She has consistent and clear communication, and makes the effort to help me work through problems if something arises. I could not be more grateful to Hannah for being my therapist over the past few years. I highly recommend her for young adults and LGBTQ+ people.

Honestly, I’ve gone through many therapists over the years trying to find the right one for me. I always dread walking into new, unfamiliar places, especially if it’s to see a new therapist. But I felt very comfortable at Solace! They just really get me. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming to all. It’s been a while since my last session but I’m so grateful for how far I have come in life. The tools I picked up during my sessions with Kayla are still helping me grow daily. Kayla really helped me set boundaries and find my confidence and so much more. Hubby and I also saw Anastasia for a few sessions of couples counseling and she’s nothing short of amazing. Im very grateful for Solace!

I’ve been seeing Anastashia (virtually) for almost a year now & she has been nothing shy of amazing! I honestly look forward to our sessions every time. She is super understanding & easy to confide & has the best delivery! She tells me exactly how it is, but still very professional. She’s also super funny & personable! I tell people all the time how great of a therapist I have!
