Jared was extremely responsive when I needed to replace my whole system two years ago. I have had problems with it leaking ever since the install. He was initially responsive and I continued to pay for his labor and parts as he attempted to remedy the problem. After his most recent attempt to fix it (where he told me I would only pay for parts, then explained to me after it was complete he neglected to mention my obligation to pay for the helper he brought with him) it is still not fixed. Solace has saved us twice now with speedy service calls. Once when our heater was out and yesterday when the A/C wasn't working. He's fast. Prices are very reasonable and he's a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to try this company out. You will not be disappointed.
The Solace technician was great. He was very prompt in resolving our AC cooling issue and very knowledgeable about future recommendations regarding our aging unit.
