Just had the best experience in obtaining a lighter color to get rid of my gray hair! Scarlett did an amazing job in getting my blah hair to look fantastic! Not to mention the salon is gorgeous and makes you feel like a queen 🤩. Already have my next appointment scheduled!
I was trying to have my hair cut and colored. I called and was given an appointment for the following week on Monday at 2:30. When I arrived I was told my appt was for the next day at 12:30. I said I would never have taken that appt because I was teaching at that time. Then she said OK when I suggested 1:30 on the following day. When I got there today for my appt. I came into salon as new client… 3 photos to show how I wanted my hair cut explained in detail..I realize it will not look exactly the same… I could tell she was nervous and really did not know how to layer…however she charged me as if she was a experienced stylist..the hair cut was horrible…went somewhere else to get it recut..I’m a hairstylist myself …so I know a good cut …one of the most beautiful salons I’ve ever been in…but if you don’t have quality stylist a beautiful salon will not help your business grow…word of mout... read more
