The service provided here was beyond what I initially expected in terms of orthotics, customer service, and overall everything. Heidi is an absolute angel who is very attentive to your needs, and, also helped out my husband by determining his long time problem with his foot and provided a solution which he is more than happy with. We are very pleased with our products, and will certainly be going here for our future needs.
After my podiatrist retired I experienced a couple of years with poor foot care and inadequate orthotics. Then I met Heidi Scott. She is professional, follows theory-based practice and is a very good teacher. Not only are the orthotics perfect for me, she even suggested a shoe that has made a significant improvement in my walking comfort. I highly recommend her.
If you want, service, solutions and knowledgeable support, I recommend Solace. Heidi helped me get appropriate support hose that I could actually use. After vein surgery the prescription given by the doctor was not useful because I did not have enough strength in my hands to take the hose off and on. Heidi solved the problem and gave me a clear understanding of how to use the product. Yeah Heidi!!! Thanks.
Solace is a very fine boutique. Heidi, the owner/ manager, offers a excellent selection of products and makes customers feel very comfortable during private fitting appointments.
