Not professional at all. Had to call back for second clean to remove Lichen moss, was most upset when marks from cleaning the panels could not be removed. The glass is now marked/ scratched!! Had to chase up an email report 3 weeks later that had been promised. I’m very annoyed to have engaged with Solacare, (after I had been blamed for previous marks in the panels and that I had not had a service for 10 yrs- when it had been 6!!) I’m a builder by trade, and know professional maintenance when I see it! THIS WASNT!
