We had a night light fail after 4.5 years after installation of two Solar tubes. I called the company and the very nice lady looked up our date of installation and informed me that it would be replaced under warranty. And that if I was available the technician could be sent out within the hour. The technician arrived, I’m sorry that I didn’t hear his name. He was friendly, polite and professional.
