This review is for Vanessa. I paid $200 for a hair service and was very disappointed with the outcome. After noticing issues with my hair, I patiently waited two days for a response so we could discuss a solution. While I was in her studio, the fluorescent lighting made it difficult to see the true color of my hair. Once I got outside in natural light, I realized how uneven and discolored it was.
