Myself and a group of artists renting from Sola had an incredibly negative experience during our time there. Or lease began in May 2024, when we first met with the manager at the time, Hanna, we disclosed that we only planned on being there for 4-6 months and wanted to make sure that we had an option to break the year lease in that timeline. Had a hard time making nail appointments with any of the technicians. Try booking appointments, and it would send me somewhere else. I tried calling them at 9:40 a.m. , and there was no answer.
Sola Suites was an extremely low frequency experience as a small business owner renting out one of their suites. There were numerous issues I had experienced in my time renting a suite at this location. To name a few; the ceiling in the hallway next to our room flooded, leaving a large amount of water coming down from the ceiling and pooling around the room and into the hallway. The workers are all amazing /nice I got my hair cut and it was amazing the salon is always super clean
