I had high hopes and was excited when I booked my appointment two weeks before. I had add ons and was prepared to spend the amount I did but I found the staff overbooked, rushing through my services, cold pedicure water, not wanting to do the salt scrub with my manicure because it was "sticky" and left with an uneasy feeling and nails that will inevitable chip/lift in less than a week.
