WARNING! Don't rent here you will completely regret it. Too many issues to write, but if you sign a lease your best day will be the day you move out. Its criminal how they treat their tenants. They just do not care except receiving your money. Then you will hear finally from them...

Zero stars. The worst most expensive place especially for the lack of management response, HIGH utility expense, almost no security when the fobs go inactive for several weeks - had a stabbing on our floor and the management would not reply to us. Went without internet for weeks during covid while we were trying to do school work virtually - they told us to go buy a firestick. Cannot wait to get out from under this lease.

Your student can be assaulted and nothing will happen. Our student has lived here a few years: one with a psychotic roommate who never went to class, had mold and bacteria in her food and was unsanitary in the kitchen, and who screamed at her roommates if they wanted her to be quiet, use the toilet for bowel movements, or to cook or clean up the bloody raw chicken she left on the counter.
