I am so grateful for my time at Sol in Riverside. The program was exactly what I needed at a tough time in my life. I originally am from Rancho Cucamonga, and I was unsure and anxious about what to expect (this was my first experience with treatment). Worst place ever. They were upset that I didn’t want to stay in their shitty housing filled with militant house managers who provide absolutely no therapeutic value, but are only there to enforce rules. I reached out to them and they ignored me. These people aren’t accredited it’s important to know that do not trust unaccredited organizations. They have no business being in mental health help.
This program really helped me when I was at my lowest. My depression was deep and with all my past therapist were not working for me I was losing hope that I would never change. With Sol I feel like a whole new person, I never thought I could achieve this amount of happiness. The staff are amazing people, so easy to talk to and have amazing attitudes! Thank you Sol for everything!!

This place is so amazing they truly helped me overcome my struggles. This group has been life-changing for me. The holistic therapy approach creates such a safe, healing environment. I’ve grown so much mentally and emotionally thanks to the support of the facilitators and the women here. I can’t say enough good things about this group. The therapists genuinely care, the energy is welcoming, and the holistic tools we learn actually help in everyday life. I’ve never felt more supported :)
