This program really helped me when I was at my lowest. My depression was deep and with all my past therapist were not working for me I was losing hope that I would never change. With Sol I feel like a whole new person, I never thought I could achieve this amount of happiness. The staff are amazing people, so easy to talk to and have amazing attitudes! This place is so amazing they truly helped me overcome my struggles. This group has been life-changing for me. The holistic therapy approach creates such a safe, healing environment. I’ve grown so much mentally and emotionally thanks to the support of the facilitators and the women here. I can’t say enough good things about this group. I lived at the grateful steps homes for about 5 months. This home was one of the best decisions I made all year. The house managers are the most amazing people who truly care about your recovery. I was a client at Sol women treatment where I got the best treatment for my conditions. They helped me get back into the real world after suffering from major disorders. I live all the way in Texas and I still would only choose this place to do my recovery.
