I canceled my membership but they continued to bill me. I called and asked for a refund and explained I came in and filed cancellation papers and I was just told that I was suppose to come back in after filling out and signing the cancelation paperwork to pay a $10 cancellation fee , since I didn’t do that , they aren’t refunding me the $130 they took off the card. I'd like to start out by stating that I never "chose" to have a membership at Sol Tan, unfortunately, the salon that I had a pre-paid 1 membership with, Tan Makers, sold out to Sol Tan in April of 2017.
