Worst experience ever. Spray booth wasn't working, employee rectified it however there was no volume for directions on when to turn, lift arms etc. Only front was sprayed. Had to wait until employee was done with spraying another customer and back was performed. Looked despicably horrible. Couldn't wait to get home & wash the nightmare off.
I have enjoyed the tans I’ve gotten here in the past and this is no fault of the young lady working but this place is filthy. Floors and furniture are so dirty and air vent is disgusting with black mold. Does anyone ever clean this place?! Booths weren’t working and the poor girl had to restart the system twice. I had appointment at 10am and she said the owner forgot to block the schedule and there was another 10am appointment too. It’s 10:25am and I’m still sitting here. Had a ten o’clock appointment still here at 11:03. Machines were not working, finally they started working, got in the booth but there was no sound. I knew to turn around, but the lady in the booth next to me didn’t know, so she was only tan on one side. Picture Ross from FRIENDS. Had to want to be fixed, because only one employee.
