I’ve been a loyal customer of sol skin before they even did their rebrand and changed their name. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t have such a great experience this time as I’ve always had a good one in the past. I had a wonderful experience at SolSkin Spa in Oakville yesterday for my Botox treatment. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The specialist who did my Botox her name Negin was very knowledgeable and professional. Before getting any treatment at any SOL Skin Esthetics Spa please please do your research . I got gift cards worth of $500 so had no chose go somewhere else… wasn’t impressed with Burlington location ( please see my review ) so i give 2nd chance with Oakville one. Since, first time I booked online, I personally called Oakville SOL and secured appointment with real person on Feb 25 at 10:30Am ( see attached picture). I can't say enough good stuff about Sheiny, she went above and beyond at the Burlington location. She knows what she is doing thats for sure. Kind, compassionate and knows all the correct places for tox. You could not even feel the needles going in. She explains everything, every step of the way. If you are thinking twice about getting Tox at SOL Skin, just go. You will love everyone. Thanks Sheiny for the absolutely best experience today.

Excellent service! Vasu did my laser treatment very professionally and made me feel comfortable. She is kind, caring, and truly deserves five stars. Highly recommended.Vasu did an excellent job!
