Every single person who works here is so kind, caring, and supportive. They have patience with each client. They are all very informative and do what they were hired to do. I worked with Jack and Iva to help resolve back problems and they are both remarkable. Their attention to detail, coordination of care and helpming me to progress to the point of no longer needed PT was incredible. The entire staff at the Walnut Creek location is committed to your care. Always constructive, postive feedback. I've seen Jack for the last few years when I've had different injuries while training for major backpacking + hiking trips, and he's been truly incredible. He takes the time to really understand what you're navigating, gives you clarity on what you're experiencing, and comes up with a plan that's both sustainable + impactful.
