I walked into the store on a whim. Yes, I've been thinking about I needed a new pair of Sunglasses but that was it. The bottom line, Anna and Jen behind the counter were extremely nice and genuine and were fun to just talk to. They showed me a bunch of glasses with some less expensive first( how often does that happen?) and I walked out very happy with a new pair of Costas. I can't recommend this store enough!!
Anna was very direct and professional. She valued my time and was quite efficient, but I never felt rushed. She asked high gain questions to determine my needs and directed me to several sunglass options that met my criteria. I chose a pair of Maui Jim’s and am very happy with my purchase. All in all it was a great purchase and experience! My wife and I will go back again when we’re in need of sunglasses in the future.

Went in to try on a few pairs of sunglasses with no intention to buy. I had a credit from manufacturer but wanted to see what I liked. Talked with Anna and was up front about just wanting to find a pair that I liked. Knowing she wasn’t making a sale, Anna spent the time to make recommendation and help me find a pair that fit well, looks good and I’d be happy with. I brought my son in today for an upgrade to his sun glasses. We THOUGHT we knew what we were looking for. Ana helped us and took the time to show us and let him try on the options we thought we liked. Then she asked what he was going to be using them for the most (salt water ocean fishing). She then brought out a pair that I would have NEVER thought of. He LOVED THEM!!! They look amazing on him. If you go be sure to ask for her.
