Chetan was absolutely amazing. I saw him from 2024 til a few months ago. We covered a lot from grief to self-worth. He’s helped me in so many ways and I really don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for our sessions. Thank you for everything!!
Like a bunch of the other reviews my first intake session was cancelled at hour before the session. I rescheduled the session for the next week. The provider I saw hung up after about 20 minutes into the session and told me they would follow up with me the following week. I didn’t get any kind of link or reminder for the session the day of so I reached out. My experience with Madelyn has been wonderful so far! She is great at creating a comfortable environment in a somewhat strange space. Happy to have found her. Definitely recommend
Second review because I can’t believe my experience. I needed a refill and I waited 4.5 hours for her to tell me she doesn’t care and to go to the ER if I need something all because I wrote her a bad review! Then she hung up on me! I was so shocked, I’ve never ever had a medical “professional” act like this.
