I am convinced this place is a scam. No one ever answers the phone. I have called on multiple occasions at different times of the day. Also, they charge $650 per session which is insane… even with insurance I had to pay $180 out of pocket. All of that for a session where absolutely nothing was accomplished. They also tried to get me to pay hundreds of dollars for unnecessary neuropsychology testing… do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is reasonably priced with a reasonable provider.

Privia Health is the worst business to deal with. I saw Rachel Trice 3 times. Two of those visits I was billed correctly as in network and paid a copay, the other visit she accidentally billed me as out of network which billed me out of pocket for $650. Took me several calls to get through and the runaround several times. They finally fixed it 6 months later. This is my first time ever seeing a therapist, but Ms. Camille made me feel better just by listening and guiding me in the right direction. She is the best therapist ever. I will recommend her to any and everyone. She is still helping me through my trying times and I appreciate all that she does for me.

Sol mental health has been my health care provider for close to a year now. Their team is amazing. The man who helps me when needed on the phone, Albert S., is so kind, caring, and makes you feel heard and cared for. He is very helpful and always triple checks things to make sure you have the right info. My therapist, Rachel, is amazing, compassionate, and has helped me through some very hard times.
