The worst! I went here for help and ended up with more problems. Very disorganized and too bad because I Loved my counselor.
I completed an intake here, and to be fair, the intake itself was not bad. However, everything that followed was extremely disappointing. After the intake, I scheduled a follow-up with a different therapist, only to later receive a message from the intake therapist stating that they do not provide the services I was seeking. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I was very intentional when booking my initial appointment and chose this clinic specifically because it appeared to meet my needs.
