This clinic is one of the worst. The provider Sarah Carmody sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy multiple times and she doesn't respond messages timely (sometimes days of a delay), for certain controlled substances, the prescription can't be filled until 1 day before running out, so you can imagine how devastating a few day's delay could cause. Since beginning my care with Sol Mental Health, my provider, Ioana Bontea, has truly been a godsend. I have struggled with deep depression since the loss of my daughter in 2022, and although I was previously on medication, it was not effective. Ioana took the time to truly listen and was able to prescribe the appropriate medication for my needs.
