Amazing place to take care of your mental health
The worst experience I ever had getting an appointment. After setting up a consultation. They have no availability. They were quick to charge my insurance. Even though they said they wouldn't. They are money hunger some charge over one thousand dollars.
I sought help after the grief for the death of my spouse became too much to bear. I found my therapist to be be a kind and supportive person who has gently steered me in the right directions to get through this difficult transition in my life.
Very difficult to contact. I emailed twice, called once in an attempt to reschedule an appointment because I was unable to access the portal. Then when I was in the portal the (overall nice) mental health provider wouldn't do a very simple ask, splitting the prescription for my medication into two so I would not have to pay a lot out of pocket.
