I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, and I sincerely hope my therapist and her family are okay. However, as a client, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Sol is a great place, the customer service is way above what I usually experience in other medical facilities, they are understanding and compassionate. Dr Borda is one of my favorite doctors, he does listen , never condescending, , he is compassionate bit does not sugar coat , always informative so you know at all times what he means and he takes his time on technical terms, straight shooter but with a great heart.
