If I could give SOL a 0 I would. They have the worst admin staff I’ve ever encountered. From day 1 there were issues with them getting my appointment right, to not calling me back, to failing to get urgent messages too my prescriber, to failing to contact my pharmacy after they said they would. Not to mention the prescribers who should be reported for malpractice. I absolutely love SOL. Ms Fynda is an amazing psychiatrist and has helped me out tremendously. I highly recommend this practice and Ms Fynda.
Dr Kate is an extremely capable and warm psychiatrist. Her keen insight and support has helped me manage my OCD to a level I would not have thought possible before entering her care. Mental health can be a daunting thing to address, and having someone with the skill of Dr Kate in your corner makes you feel confident in your ability to manage your mental health and improve your life
***UPDATE*** I got a bill FROM COLLECTIONS February 2025 for a service that was PAID FOR, CONFIRMED BY MY INSURANCE AS WELL AS SOL MENTAL HEALTH BILLING DEPARTMENT as of May 2024. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR A BILL THAT WAS PAID FOR LAST YEAR!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! Absolutely Incompetent staff and billing department. The staff was unable to file my insurance for a service I received in March 2024. They did NOT call me to tell me there was an issue with filing.
