Great doctors, horrible scheduling admin. In three months, not a single appointment link was correctly sent me to. They don't call to fix or reschedule, and can't even pretend to care when they mess up your appointment. Had to find a new provider, very disappointed.

If I could give SOL a 0 I would. They have the worst admin staff I’ve ever encountered. From day 1 there were issues with them getting my appointment right, to not calling me back, to failing to get urgent messages too my prescriber, to failing to contact my pharmacy after they said they would. Not to mention the prescribers who should be reported for malpractice.
