I have loc extension that was installed incorrectly. Instead of telling me to take them out and try to charge me 2500.00 she fix the one that need fix combined ones that need it. On 12/28 I will be loc for a year and I love them now.
I had a consultation appointment with Tay, the owner and loctician at Sol Locs on March 1st and had my 2-strand twist starter locs installed on March 6th. It was a great experience meeting with Tay. She did a wonderful job. She took time with my fine hair and was able to give me parts that made it easier to camouflage my thinning crown. Her space is inviting and we were vibing from the start. I was looking for a place this morning that accepts walk-in or had last min availability the voice on the other end say ye and I have availability today. I went for some reason it just felt right I arrive and there was an instant positive energy felt coming from such a young soul. I’m so please with the outcome and the great customer service offered by Tay thank you. And will see you next month .
