I live at 12 welwyn Road and something needs to happen to an employee of yours. He basically looks like a big cabbage patch kid with glasses and will only talk to Spanish people and any woman that walks near him. He just walks around not doing anything ever.

My Dear Friend Lived in One of The Buildings for over 30 Years and we spoke often about the Building . The Staff Has Been Pleasant , Kind and Professional . The Buildings are well Maintained and Basically every apartment is Noise free . It Has Been a Pleasure to Work With The Entire Staff From Atlas . Clean , Safe Neighborhood .

If you ever have to deal with Amy Weiss from the office, be forewarned!!!! Shes mentally disturbed and doesnt like anyone! She causes problems for tenant ssf and staff. Be careful of Wayne the maintenance crew. All he does is spread rulprs and gossip from one tenant to the next. I think his name is Wayne Morris. Then you have Mogirl who collects bribes from the ladies and men who request for garage space at DOLPHIN GREEN APARTMENTS. Sandra atlas bass discriminates if she thinks you dont have money.
