I came to see Dr Jadali for pain in my left Achilles and trouble walking due to a drop foot. He spent time listening and working with me to find a brace that would help my drop foot and put me in a boot for my Achilles Tendonitis. My pain is gone and I am walking so much better. Thank you Dr Jadali!
I do not recommend this facility or Dr. Jadali. Bed side manner was very poor and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking a question. Everything felt rushed and that I was an inconvenience to him. The office itself is an older building that could use a more welcoming sense of cleanliness. As I waiting for the doctor I looked around the room and was met with old furniture, scrapes, on walls, exposed electric extension cords, and what looked to be a used bandaid crumbled underneath. My mother wa in the office maybe 3 minutes. He trimmed her nails. $70 for 3 minute visit.
The podiatrist “ Dr. Mei Shirai took care of my son’s ingrown issue last week. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent care. The staff at the office were also extremely helpful, from the initial appointment all the way through the follow-up process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this podiatrist to anyone in need of foot and ankle services.
I have been a patient for at least 10 years and been satisfied with my care whether at the Lakewood Village office or Cherry and 3rd street. Having been to a couple of other podiatrists before him, Dr Graves is simply more knowledgeable and thorough with a complete commitment to his patients. His "bedside manner" encourages a feeling of welcome. What else is there?
