My wife had a terrible experience here. They signed her up for a $250/month service and they were supposed to take care of everything to help with her newly diagnosed Thyroid issues. Over the course of 4 months ($1000), there was 2 appointments and blood work, and that was it. No diagnosis, no medications, nothing. My wife literally has no answers to any of her questions and it cost $1,000 to get there. We cancelled our 'membership'. It’s difficult to express how disappointing & frustrating my experience was with Dr. Roe. She is semi-concierge and had amazing reviews. Her website indicates she values western medicine but also encourages holistic approaches. All of this gave me hope she was interested in helping patients feel better, but that was not my experience. The short version: she missed my Hashimoto’s diagnosis (Dx), advised against taking an RX from another doctor, and was generally arrogant and dismissive. I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Roe while seeking treatment for a newly diagnosed pituitary adenoma. My primary goal was to address the prolactinoma, as identified in recent blood work. My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) had been stable and effectively managed by my primary care physician long before this diagnosis, and I was not seeking changes to that regimen.
