We didn’t stay at the resort. This review is for the hot springs pools: while it was easy to get a wristband, the staff person was cold and curt, with limited information shared or explained. The locker room was old, small and limited. The actual hot springs pools were large, with different temperature options. But the water was dirty with hair and dirt floating around. After about 20 minutes my eyes were stinging from the minerals/chemicals. I would skip this activity!!!
