If u could give a negative rating, I would. I had a stereo installed here, paid top dollar. A month later my Harley developed an electrical issue directly related to the installation. I paid NPR Harley to diagnose & correct Dol Controls error Sol Control would not acknowledge said issue as their responsibility. They do not stand behind their work. I reached out to them several times and paid to have their work corrected. I run a business, customer service/satisfaction is paramount. Now I have over $2500 into a stereo system ... read more

Complete scam. Tint was terrible bubbles and ripples everywhere and was way overcharged, tried to open a dispute with my bank and lost due to "discrepancies". Trying to use my warranty and they tell me that it's not valid. If you can avoid them, very unprofessional.
TOTAL SCAM. They ripped me off and lied to the bank about what I purchased. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
This business practically ripped me off when they sold me window tint and didn't give me the required documents for the lifetime warranty. After trying to contact them about this and getting no response, I opened a dispute at the bank. The bank let me know that they LIED about what I purchased and said I didn't buy window tint, I bought a car detailing service, SOMETHING THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER. They are willing to lie to the bank to keep money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL. SKETCHY.

RecommendedI am here at their shop. Down from Ohio and my viper remote alarm and remote went hey wire. brought into their shop and they are working tirelessly getting me fixed. They are the most friendly and most helpful business I have ever dealt with. I would say anyone in this area should do their car need accessory business here. While waiting I seen a few cars get windows tinted and was very impressed.

We had gotten our car tinted. The lady kept insisting we had to pay cash because it is “illegal” tint despite how many times my boyfriend told her it was LEGAL because he has a tint exemption. Was told he would be charged extra for using card, which as far as I know, it’s not legal to charge extra because a customer uses card.
