I’ve been going here for a long time and have had to wait for almost an hour before because of walk ins when I had an appointment but I never complained. Today I was 5 mins late for my appmnt and tried to call but they hadn’t opened yet. The girl who’s working there I had never seen before. She’s tall, blonde and has a thick accent. She told me they couldn’t take me until 11 now. The Frisco location on Lebanon is amazing! Super clean, super efficient and everyone is friendly and always accommodating. My favorite airbrush tech is Maria - highly recommend her as well as this location. � ����
The Frisco location is very clean and nice. I love the remodel. The customer service is great and they are very helpful and answer any questions I have about my tan. I tanned here awhile ago for homecoming and it wasn’t orange or splotchy. I highly recommend this tanning salon.
I went here with my mom before our trip to Hawaii and the staff were extremely friendly. I would come back again for sure

This business has started to go down hill fast and it's very noticeable! The tans are great, love the color and how they turn out but the business is wrong. Booths are constantly broken, which is a big issue in mckinney considering there is only 1 spray booth and only 2 in frisco. Also constantly understaffed which makes it hard to get in. Sol managing is horrible. The owner is incredibly rude and is very weird towards the girls. Don't recommend this place.
This place was amazing when Shareen and Brooke worked there, everyone was always taken care of and had a great experience but the business quickly went down hill when they left. The tans are great, love the color and how they turn out but the business is run very poorly. The booths are constantly broken, they're always out of solution, supplies etc. and the owner can't keep a steady staff because he treats them all like crap. Definitely don't recommend going here! (Don't recommend working here either)
I have been a long time customer and have always LOVED Sol but the customer service since Shareen and Brooke and the group along with them left has gone down significantly. I know that I was always taken care of no questions .. now it's like a problem to request something . I'd say Sol tan would be perfect if the customer service and professionalism of people hired was better chosen .
