The sizing guidelines are completely inaccurate and misleading. I paid for express shipping, but my order arrived latejust the day before I left for a trip. I took the item with me and tried it on while on vacation, only to find that it didnt fit at all, not even close! When I returned and requested a refund, I was denied because it was past the 10-day return window. However, this wasn't feasible as I was out of the country. Besides the poor treatment I received when I asked a man for help, the return policy is a zero. You find out after you pay for an item. There is not a sign “ All Sales Final” near the cash register. Most hair stores do allow exchanges even online if in unopened packages- not here. Be very careful.
