Called to make an appointment. The person who answered was very unprofessional. I remained polite and asked how she was doing. She aggressively said "good." I proceeded by asking if she had any availability for tomorrow. She again, aggressively asked "who is this?" So I politely said "never mind." She hung up. TERRIBLE FIRST INTERACTION.
I'm a repeat customer of Sol BayBee Beauty and each time I've been quite impressed with the quality of the gel manicure application and creative nail art. The nail gel endured for over three weeks! All of this time, I thought that nail gel had to be completely removed with each application.
