If I could give 0 stars I would give that. We had a very disappointing experience with Tyler. I contacted them after finding a listing on Zillow, and everything seemed fine at first. The original home wasn’t available, so they showed us another property, which we liked and applied for. After that point, the communication completely fell apart.
