My mother lived in this facility for many years.She often spoke of the characters that lived and managed her building...some of her accounts were unbelievable. But until her death I was unable to wrap my head around her fear and concerns. This facility, in my opinion is not fit for the fragile and vurnerable elderly. my hind sight 20/20. Those of you involved will have to give account to GOD!
