Clean and staff are very polite and the staff was patient with you . The property when you drive in to come in through was clean & outside of the homes didn’t look like other apartments and townhomes when you pull up to them.
The process of things should be more organized and easier for staff and clients. All hands on deck. I feel there should be more accepted copies than original because it takes up almost two hours to complete copies for everyone. It was not a small amount of people! But the transition should be way more easier. Others should also be aware of the amount of time that maybe spent doing the eligibility process. Staff should definitely greet and address all issues.
