Darryl the maintenance came out to fix our stopped up sink and got us fixed in no time! He is such a pleasant person and makes sure he always make sure our repairs are good! Move in was so awful that I almost walked out on the place, didn’t even looked like someone had attempted to clean it. Floors were sticky, congealed gross in the fridge and dishwasher, just disgusting. Lived there for 2 years, no major issues and when I did have small issues they were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Didn’t get my security deposit back despite the horrific move in conditions and they charged the whole thing as cleaning for the next tenant... Hope the next person inherits a better place than I did.
4 1/2 stars, would be five but we got off to a bumpy start. I'll come back halfway through my lease and update. :-)
Over all a very pleasant experience with them.
