I want To commend SJ management company and specifically Kathy Mulholland on the incredible job that they have done at the Richwood Crossing townhomes given the two recent storms. The storms caused a great deal of roof issues with missing shingles and leaking and the wind resulted in siding being blown off the properties. In spite of all the issues, Kathy has managed to keep things organized and has Has gone above, and beyond what could be expected of property manager in arranging for repairs to be made in a prompt manner.
