As President of my neighborhood's HOA, I relied heavily on Kathy's expertise, especially around maintenance of our drainage systems. Kathy has been an invaluable resource not only in her knowledge of HOAs and the law, but in providing connections with companies who could work with us. Kathy has also been instrumental in helping our Association conduct a study of our reserve funds under the law. I can't recommend her enough.
