I have an amazing experience every time I come to soirée. From when I call to make an appointment with my favorite technician , IN, to when I leave. Everyone is friendly. Handles things professionally and it is a great ambiance all around. Price is always the same never changes I know what to expect with the services I require. My toes are always amazing and they have a variety of people always in the building. I love it.
This nail salon is one of the worst I’ve been to. I got my nails soaked off and a full set, so the foundation and quality of my nails should have been 100% since it is all their work. 2 of acrylic nails lifted in 3 days allowing water and air into my nails. Ultimately every single finger lifted within 1 week of going to soirée nails (obviously this was going to happen and is NOT within the time you are due for any type of refill) I paid $70 for trash and was overcharged. If I could give zero stars I would. The dark haired loud receptionist is rude and racist. This nail shop does not cater to people of color and the receptionist does not hide that fact. The way this classless receptionist treated my wife today was unimaginable. If the sign says 7 why are you refusing only the black people at after 5 ? This receptionist behavior was very disturbing and the manager did nothing about it. I would not recommend this salon to a dog.
