Although the staff was very lovely and kind, I found the quality of regular vet care to be disappointing compared to other clinics I have been to. My cat's exam was done in about 10 minutes, and the vet did not ask any questions about her diet or lifestyle, didn't check her eyes and ears, and didn't feel her body carefully for abnormalities, only checked her heart and her temperature. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Everyone who works here clearly loves their job. The vets are knowledgeable, patient, and have always given me all the time I need to ask my questions to make sure my pup is taken care of. The staff are all kind and welcoming and go above and beyond at every visit. I can't think of taking my pup anywhere else.
From the moment you walk in, the experience at Animal Care in NDG is truly refreshing. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the animals. The level of compassion combined with an efficient and well organized administrative staff makes such a difference. Thank you for the excellent care and great service!
