I've had a terrible experience working with this company, specifically customer service. After purchasing $25k worth of equipment they couldn't give us the time of day to explain a few things. The equipment showed up without any type of schematic or diagram of the intended design. Clearly they are knowledgeable about the products they sell, but they have terrible customer service. Try too hard to make it like an Apple Store which is counter productive to efficiency. Need real capable front desk who can communicate clearly with customers and work out orders. Tried buying 12 yards of worm casting and 12 yard of compost, got a quote late afternoon with shipping that they assured would go to my property. Went up to pay the following morning got their first thing was told there’s no more compost and wouldn’t be anymore coming. Maybe would have been good to bring up yesterday afternoon?
