Unprofessional and Rude I went in for a simple eyebrow service, and instead of a professional experience, I was met with a rude and unnecessary comment about the hair on my upper lip. I came in to feel more confident, not to be insulted. It felt like an upsell disguised as body shaming. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service.

I have been going to get my eyebrows done here a couple of times and it is just inconsistent. They always come out uneven and the ladies who thread my brows rush and aren't able to help me when I'm tell them a concern after. Instead they gaslight me into thinking they are even and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after reflecting, they just continue to make them uneven.
