Mrs. Sunita, Does a beautiful job. She is very kind and gentle and explains her work to us.
super rude customer service
super rude customer service
I have always liked and regularly visited Soi Brow, but my experience with Savita was horrible. I found her manner rude and felt very uncomfortable throughout my eyebrow and upper-lip service. Rather than feeling relaxed, I felt distressed during the appointment. Customer service and the way clients are treated are just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations. I would not return and recommend that others carefully consider their options before booking.
Great service! Love that they listen and follow direction of how you want your brows shaped. Everyone is also very kind.
