Being a doctor is not just going to school and get a degree, it’s also about experience... this doctor has almost 40 years of experience and he has them all. He has probably seen any kinds of disease that you have think of within his career. Believe me I hardly ever go to a doctor but if need to, Dr. Salamati-pour is my first and last pick. I’m very greatful that I have Dr. Sohrab Salamati-pour as my primary doctor.

I saw him in the Montclair office on Holt 4 weeks ago about pain I had been having for 2 weeks. I told him it might be a hernia, but he dismissed my worries because I have a history of back pain. He gave me a shot that did NOTHING for the pain. I have already been taking ibuprofen, but he prescribed it anyways, but it gave NO relief. I saw my primary instead and she ordered an ultrasound. Turns out I do have a hernia, and it took 4 weeks later to confirm it because this doctor didn't listen to me.
Fantastic Doctor, and he speaks both Spanish and English! Great experience!!
